Chris and I are having lunch and I just agreed to watch one of his all time favorite movies, The Princess Bride.

"Sweet. You really do love me."

"To the end of time," I say.

He leans in and kisses my mouth. "To the end of time."

I smile against his lips. "Can we have popcorn?"

"I don't know why I didn't..." I say. "But I'm kinda glad. I like seeing it through your eyes..."

"Well, I loved that I could share it with you," I smile and kiss his mouth softly."

I snuggle closer,enjoying how warm he feels. "It's cold in here, right?" I ask. I wonder if I'm coming down with something...

"No," I say and look down at his face. "I mean...it's not overly warm but it's certainly not cold. Are you okay?"

[ersatzach]

"Yeah, I'm just a little chilled and... feel a little blah, I'm sure it's nothing..."

I press my lips to his forehead and then his cheeks. "You're warm..." I say softly.
